7+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data-driven roles.
Proven track record of driving project completion
and managing scope with clients.
Strong SQL expertise and experience with large datasets.
Hands-on experience with CRMA for building interactive dashboards.
Utilize Google Spreadsheets for advanced data analysis, including formulas such as XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and SUMIFS.
Deep knowledge of the Salesforce Sales domain, including standard reports, dashboards, and sales processes.
Experience engaging with business owners to gather requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
Experience managing and mentoring a development/analytics team.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
