Salesforce Developer

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with over 7+ years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions to support our business processes and drive digital transformation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance user experience and maximize system capabilities.
  

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Architect certifications.
• Knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL) is a plus.
• Experience with AppExchange apps and managed/unmanaged package development.
• Strong understanding of security models, sharing rules, and permission sets.
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and APIs.
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
• Ensure data integrity and implement data migration strategies using tools like Data Loader, Informatica, or MuleSoft.
• Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Expertise in Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, or Copado).
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
