Job Description

Salesforce Developer & Data Migration Engineer:-

(8–12 years of experience specializing in Salesforce CPQ, USA – Bay Area, Bethesda, or Waltham)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
  • Develop custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend and enhance Salesforce CPQ functionality, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Design and execute comprehensive data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and validation, specifically for CPQ objects (Products, Price Books, Product Rules, Discount Schedules, Quotes, Orders, Contracts, Assets) and related financial data.
  • Utilize various data migration tools and techniques (e.g., Data Loader, Salesforce CLI, ETL tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, custom scripts) to handle large volumes of complex data.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce CPQ and other critical business systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration patterns.
  • Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers on best practices for Salesforce development and data handling within the CPQ ecosystem.
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies within the Salesforce platform, especially related to CPQ.



Salesforce Business Analyst:-

(4-6 years experience with strong background in Salesforce CPQ & Salesforce Revenue Cloud)

Seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions, enhancing revenue operations. Ideal for proactive problem-solvers with excellent communication skills and a passion for optimizing Salesforce processes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce CPQ and CRM workflows.
  • Perform hands-on Salesforce configurations, including creation/modification of Flows, Dynamic Pages, Dynamic related lists, etc.
  • Support CPQ processes: product configuration, pricing rules, quote generation, and smart approval workflows.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Coordinate with developers, admins, and QA teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
  • Lead or support project planning, task management, status reporting, and issue tracking.
  • Facilitate UAT sessions and support business stakeholders during testing and rollout.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
