Salesforce Business Analyst

You will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to identify their requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Your role will involve creating workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules to build configurable solutions. Additionally, you will be managing various Salesforce projects from gathering information to project execution. Your duties will also include formulating and maintaining Salesforce solution documentation, such as process flows, data models, and technical specifications. You will work closely with the design team to ensure that critical business operations are addressed effectively. Educating and promoting CRM standard procedures to align solutions with the business's overall strategy is a key aspect of this role. As part of the job, you will need to establish a requirements management strategy for projects, outlining the process for elicitation, documentation standards, and formats. Familiarity with backlog grooming processes and the ability to plan and monitor scope within project boundaries will be essential. You will collaborate with the product owner to define value, priorities, and scope for upcoming releases and sprints. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent knowledge and demonstrated expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ. Proficiency in development tools and processes for creating use cases and designing project requirements is necessary. Critical thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment are crucial. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop sustainable applications and leverage declarative automation and Salesforce ecosystem features. Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, strong interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities are essential. A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a related field is required. Furthermore, you should have the capability to understand clients" diverse requirements and translate them into a compelling vision and roadmap. Proficiency in Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and tools like Jira and Confluence is preferred. Prior experience in Salesforce implementation across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) will be advantageous for this role.,
