Job Description

Your role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable business solutions on Salesforce. The candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of business processes and CRM best practices. What youll be doing

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical team.
Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping across business functions.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with developers, admins, QA, and to ensure successful solution delivery, by being a part of the PMO.
Support UAT cycles and training for end-users.
Monitor post-deployment effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Assist in data migration planning, integration discussions, and change management documentation.
Document as-is and to-be processes using standard BA tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce platform.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reports & Dashboards, and Flows. Proven experience with agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban) and Jira/Confluence tools. Familiarity with custom objects, automation tools, validation rules, and security models. Experience with third-party integrations, AppExchange packages, and data modeling is a plus. Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst/Administrator preferred.
