Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce B2C professional to join our team at KG Invicta Services (KGiS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in salesforce development and implementation, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions for B2C clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation of Salesforce implementations.
Provide training and support to end-users on new Salesforce features and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its applications in B2C environments.
Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
