Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce B2B Back-End Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading the development and customization of Salesforce B2B solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and enhance business processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to guide and mentor a team while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Technical Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing custom back-end solutions on Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud. Establish and enforce best practices and coding standards within the team.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Development and Customization:

  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Lead the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and integration tools.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with platform requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify potential risks during the development phase and implement mitigation strategies.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance project performance and efficiency.

Client and Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their Salesforce needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce B2B implementations.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools, such as Flow Builder and Process Builder.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Certifications: Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, are highly desirable.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
