Salesforce Architect (9–11 years)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead Salesforce architecture strategy aligned with business and enterprise IT standards.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across

  Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform

• Architect complex integrations using

  REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware platforms

  .
• Establish best practices across

  Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, and declarative tools

  .
• Develop and maintain

  robust data models

  , ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee

  CI/CD and DevOps

  using tools like

  Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT

  , and Git-based version control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
• Evaluate and adopt

  Einstein, Hyperforce, Industry Clouds

  , and upcoming Salesforce features.
• Create comprehensive

  architectural documentation

  (system diagrams, data flows, integration blueprints).
• Ensure platform security, including

  role hierarchies, sharing rules, OAuth, field-level security, audit logging

• Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and lead technical workshops.
• Drive innovation with

  AI-powered capabilities

  , including Salesforce Einstein/Einstien GPT and integration of external AI/ML models (Python, Azure, AWS) for intelligent automation, sentiment analysis, and generative AI (e.g., RAG pipelines with LLMs).

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

  2+ years in an architectural role

• Salesforce Certifications:

  Application Architect or Technical Architect, Platform App Builder

• Expertise in

  Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds

• Strong proficiency in

  Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, Flows

  .
• Proven experience in

  REST/SOAP API integrations, MuleSoft, and enterprise systems

  .
• Solid understanding of

  Salesforce DevOps

• Deep knowledge of

  Salesforce security architecture
