Position Overview

Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Agentforce, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud

hands-on, client-facing role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage

  externally facing MIAW chatbots

  powered by

  Agentforce AI

  to engage users in real time.
• Implement

  Prompt Templates

  ,

  Answer Questions with Knowledge

  , and

  Flex Templates

  for contextual and dynamic AI responses.
• Configure

  grounding

  mechanisms to ensure relevant and accurate AI responses.
• Build

  API callouts

  from Agentforce Agents using

  Flows

  and

  Apex

  to connect with external data and services.
• Customize and maintain

  Experience Cloud

  sites — chat integration, UI enhancements, and performance optimization.
• Work with

  CSS, LWC, Apex, and JavaScript

  to customize chat and page experiences on Experience Cloud.
• Utilize

  Data Cloud

  capabilities for

  retrievers, search indexes, and data libraries

  to improve AI responses and personalization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admin, Security, and Data teams) to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
• Support multilingual chatbot configurations and optimize language models for regional coverage.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and AI workflows for long-term maintainability.
