Salesforce Administrator

NTT DATA is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Salesforce Administrator at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the digital technology solutions provided to clients are valuable, user-friendly, and impactful. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards, managing users and permissions, customizing page layouts, and ensuring data quality. In this role, you will also be involved in developing and maintaining Salesforce training materials, creating workflows and process builders, and supporting the creation and migration of new development features. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 2 years of Business Systems Analysis experience, with a focus on configuring Salesforce by creating and managing profiles, roles, custom fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes. Additionally, you should currently hold the SFDC Admin 201 certification. Preference will be given to candidates who have an understanding of CRM-related business processes such as Sales Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Partner Program and Relationship Management, Pipeline Management, Order Management, Account Management, and Case Management.
