Job Description

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and configuration of our Salesforce ecosystem. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams, you will ensure that the platform meets business needs while remaining scalable and efficient. This role presents a great opportunity for a Salesforce professional seeking to enhance their skills in a collaborative environment. In addition to core administrative functions, you will gain exposure to automation, data quality, integrations, and reporting to drive process improvements across the revenue organization. Location: Pune (Work from Office) Office Timings: 12 pm to 9 pm **Key Responsibilities:** **Salesforce Administration** - Perform routine admin tasks such as user setup, role/profile management, permission sets, page layouts, and record types. - Maintain platform hygiene by ensuring data accuracy and consistency across objects. - Monitor platform health and resolve basic user issues or escalate when necessary. **Automation, Configurations Modifications & Integrations Support** - Support the creation and modification of Flows, validation rules, and approval processes. - Create/Modify custom fields, objects, and automation to meet evolving business needs. - Assist in maintaining data syncs between Salesforce and connected systems like HubSpot, Zoho Desk, or marketing automation tools. **Reporting & Data Quality** - Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and other teams. - Assist with data imports/exports and deduplication using tools like Insycle or Data Loader. **Collaboration & Learning** - Gather requirements from stakeholders and implement solutions. - Participate in training sessions, documentation efforts, and process walkthroughs. - Contribute to knowledge sharing within the admin and broader RevOps team. **Requirements:** **Essential Requirements:** - 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with proficiency in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. - Proficient in Salesforce Lightning, Flows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and page layouts. - Ability to build and maintain dashboards and reports within Salesforce. - Familiarity with Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and handling large data sets. - Exposure to tools like HubSpot, Power BI, or other CRM/analytics platforms is a plus. **Desired Requirements:** - Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or SOQL (nice to have). - Understanding of lead lifecycle and sales process stages (Lead - Opportunity - Close). - Interest in automation and improving operational efficiency through technology. - A growth mindset and willingness to stay current with Salesforce updates. - Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn and collaborate cross-functionally. **Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Metrics:** - % of admin tasks completed on time. - Number of support tickets resolved within SLA. - Reduction in lead duplication and data errors. - Number of manual processes automated. - Data accuracy improvement. - Number of dashboards delivered/maintained. - Number of documented SOPs or guides delivered. - End-user training sessions conducted or supported.,
