Perform code reviews and ensure coding best practices are followed. Provide technical support and mentor junior developers. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Stay updated with Salesforce trends and technologies to implement the best solutions. 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC). Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integration techniques. Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is added advantage Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Understand customization's done in Classic and evaluate all these customizations are needed in Lightning. Able to migrate custom components to Lightning Web Component. Knowledge on Angular framework, Java. Code analysis tools to analyze custom codes and their efficiency Design solution on the principles of configuration and use of OOB features to ensure scalability of the org.
