Key Responsibilities:

• Targeted Prospecting:

   Identifying potential clients (architects, engineers, construction firms, developers) for BIM services and CAD drafting.

• Outbound Outreach:

   Initiating cold calls, personalized emails, and social selling to reach stakeholders like project managers, procurement heads, or directors in the AEC industry.

• Appointment Setting:

   Booking meetings, demos, or discovery calls for Senior Business Development Managers or Account Executives.

• CRM Management:

   Updating and maintaining lead data in systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions.

• Market Research:

   Understanding the current construction market trends, competitor activity, and identifying specific projects requiring BIM & CAD services.

• Relationship Building:

   Nurturing leads who are not yet sales-ready through consistent follow-ups.

Key Requirements & Skills:

• Experience:

   B2B sales, lead generation, or IT services, with a preference for engineering/construction background.

• Communication:

   Exceptional verbal and written English for international communication.

• Tools:

   Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), and MS Office.

• Capabilities:

   Strong outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification skills.
