YOUR MANDATE (WHAT YOU ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR)

You own the revenue. Period.

• Outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, Email, Cold Calling)
• Lead qualification & discovery calls
• Client coordination for proposals & demos
• Follow-ups until closure
• Closing project & retainer deals
• First 60 days of client management post-sale
• Daily CRM updating with real data (not fake activity)

You will be measured only on:

• Collected revenue

• Conversion rate

• Pipeline health

• Client retention in first 90 days
