We are seeking experienced and dynamic Business Development – Assistant Manager on behalf of our client in Tour and Travel Industry across various cities. This is an on-site role requiring expertise in B2B travel sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the leisure travel market.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Agent Onboarding & Evaluation

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard tour operators and travel agents specializing in specific destinations as per business requirements.
• Ensure onboarded agents demonstrate a strong supply, expertise, and reputation for their assigned destinations.
• Conduct agent verifications to maintain quality standards and compliance with company policies.

• Relationship Management & Support

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Resolve agent blockers or challenges in collaboration with the Head Office.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide ongoing support to ensure agent satisfaction and productivity.

Qualifications

• MBA degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related field (MBA Preferred)
• Minimum 2-4 years of experiences in travel industry.
• Strong interest or exposure to the travel and tourism sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated with a passion for sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
