Job Description

Purpose of the position

The role is responsible for

1. Overall project management and tracking metrics for all the key projects being assigned to enhance SCVCPU sales performance.

2. Product training and development of channel partners, its team, TML Internal teams to drive benchmarked performance and sales volumes. Responsible for planning, designing, delivering sales capability programs, implementing and executing competency based training programs and collaborating on content and curriculum development, conducting assessments, monitoring program outcomes and reward, recognition program designs, executions on benchmarked performance.

3. Design and monitor the progress of the process excellence programs to achieve the goals, objectives of the project in alignment with the organizations overall business strategy & new edged technologies.

Planning and People Development

  • Develop standardized the sales program curriculum and training program content for Channel & Internal sales staff. The programs address selling competencies required to driving functional excellence at SCVCPU LOB.
  • Build partnerships with external experts to help build and execute wheel of training program. The program includes assessment and evaluation, productivity measures and reward and recognition programs for channel & internal sales staff on knowledge-skills gained, results fetched and sustenance
  • Act as a guide and mentor to the curriculum development process; planing, content development, execution, R&R, Training ROI measurement etc.
  • Evaluate and finalize external training vendors and internal trainers, TTTs for program delivery.
  • Design marketing material to improve programs awarness and engagment program with the help of Marketing Communications team
  • Conduct mapping of dealer sales staff on performace matrix for productivity measurments througth Talent Score Cards and develop a comprehensive understanding of the talent landscape of dealers
  • Design action plan for improving of talent performace levels and monitor progress. Review productivity metrics of trained vs untrained dealer, internal team sales staff and suggesting course correction when needed
  • Review, improve and institutionalize digital learning platforms and develop digital tools for better impact, retention.

Financial Management

  • Plan, manage and review the budgets allocated for sales training programs, Projects, Process enabelment ensuring the highest impact levels
  • Monitor spending and optimiz costs on regular basis

Relationship Management

  • Participate in dealer, internal cross functional & audit meetings to abtain insights and feedback to training need and outcomes
  • Work collaboratively across functions to develop program curriculam and training content, sales pitches.

People Management

  • Mentor, motivate and incentivize training teams to help drive program success
  • Recognize indiviuals contrinution to overall success of programs

Process Ownership

  • Monitor the progress of the programs to achieve the goals and objectives of the project in alignment with the organization’s overall business strategy.
  • Define the plan of the project’s scope determining what resources are available, estimating time and financial commitment, as well as ways to monitor and report on the project’s, process governance progress.
  • Identify the gaps in the existing work processes and propose refinements to enhance effectiveness.

Resource Management

  • Resource Allocation to different projects and optimization according to Project Requirements.
  • Define, schedule and accurately estimate the task duration to develop and maintain a realistic schedule for the programs
