Sales Trainer

Job Summary:We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Trainer to design, implement, and deliver training programs for our credit card sales team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of credit card products, exceptional communication skills, and experience in sales coaching. The goal is to boost the performance of our field and telesales teams by enhancing product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance awareness, and customer engagement skills. Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver onboarding training programs for new credit card sales representatives. Conduct refresher training sessions for existing staff on products, selling skills, compliance, and customer service. Create engaging learning materials, presentations, and e-learning content. Monitor, evaluate, and document individual and team training progress. Stay up to date with product changes, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates. Identify training needs through performance metrics, field observations, and feedback from sales managers. Coach underperforming staff and support skill development through one-on-one and group sessions. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure accurate training content. Maintain training records and prepare periodic reports on training effectiveness.
