Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Team Leader – Credit Card Sales to lead and manage a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving credit card sales, meeting targets, coaching the team, and ensuring high performance and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage a team of credit card sales executives. Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded. Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth application processing and customer service. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs. Ensure all team members comply with internal policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines (RBI, KYC, etc.).
