Job Title: Sales Trainer Location: Noida, Sector - 90, Alphathum Bhutani, 16th Floor, Tower-C. Department: Sales / Learning & Development Reports To: Sales Manager or Director of Training Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate sales training programs for our growing team. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for equipping sales staff with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to drive performance and achieve sales targets. This role blends instructional design, hands-on coaching, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver effective onboarding programs for new sales hires. Develop and maintain ongoing training programs, workshops, and sales playbooks. Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, CRM usage, product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation skills, and closing strategies. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify training needs through performance metrics, surveys, and feedback. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, role-playing, shadowing, and performance KPIs. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to underperforming sales team members. Stay up to date with industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape. Ensure all training aligns with company goals, sales strategies, and compliance standards. Utilize e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and other digital solutions to deliver scalable training content. Partner with HR and L&D teams to support career development paths within the sales team. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or Sales Manager. Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and the B2B or B2C sales cycle. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to analyze sales data and adapt training accordingly.
