This role involves building and maintaining websites, implementing effective SEO strategies, and ensuring an exceptional user experience across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Perform keyword research to guide content strategy. Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and other elements for search engines. Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommended changes. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates. Website Development & Management: Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or custom HTML/CSS/JS. Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure visual and functional excellence. Ensure website speed, performance, and security standards are maintained. Implement UX/UI best practices for better user engagement and conversion rates. Content & Digital Presence: Assist in content creation for web pages, blogs, and landing pages with SEO in mind. Manage website updates and troubleshoot technical issues. Collaborate with marketing team to support campaign-specific landing pages. Optimize local SEO, including Google Business Profile management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Web Development, or related field. 2+ years of experience in SEO and web development. Proficient in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design. Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.). Knowledge of website CMS platforms and UX/UI principles. Experience with performance and security monitoring tools. Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce). Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Canva). Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads experience is a plus.

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to analyze sales data and adapt training accordingly.
