Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and update training programs for sales, Operations personnel, covering topics such as Effective Sales, customer service, product knowledge, and dealership processes.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create targeted programs to address specific areas for improvement.
• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for Sales Consultants, CRE, and other support staff.
• Utilize various training methods, including workshops, on-the-job training, e-learning modules, and classroom sessions to accommodate different learning styles.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all Employees personnel are well-versed in dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Conduct training on compliance requirements, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in automotive after-sales services to ensure training materials remain relevant and effective.
• Coordinate with OEM and Maintain 100% manpower trained on all OEM trainings.
• Maintain Data of Manpower trained/Yet to be trained.
• Monitor and create employee training transportation while attending training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma, diploma, or bachelor's degree in business, L&D, or relevant experience in a related field.
• Possession of a valid four-wheeler driving license.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and schedules.
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills.
