Job Description

Skills Required: Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, with a strong track record of delivering successful sales training programs. Preferably in the service sector and preferably in handling foreign prospects Scope of Works: Conduct productive training sessions to ensure that sales teams are well-versed in the company’s offerings and can effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers. Develop and maintain an up-to-date sales playbook that outlines proven techniques, methodologies, and best practices for the sales teams to follow and Conducting Trainings Provide the sales team with insights into current market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to enhance their ability to position products/services effectively in the market. Gather regular feedback from the sales team regarding the challenges they face in the field, and collaborate with leadership to develop solutions that can be addressed in future training Auditing of ongoing sales meetings and creating improvements Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, case studies, and quizzes focused on enhancing the skills of sales professionals.
