The Sales Trainer is responsible for assisting in the overall training and development of Business Development Associates (BDA) and Account Managers with a focus on new hire training This position works with BDAs and Account Managers to discover and understand the after warranty needs of prospects and customers, assists in the creation of compelling hardware maintenance proposals designed to successfully close business and achieve customer satisfaction, serve as a technical resource for BDAs on conference calls, and help BDAs with account acquisition, revenue generation, and long-term account goals his role also assists in curriculum development, assesses the BDAs skills effectiveness, identifies areas for training reinforcement, and facilitates training and coaching sessions, What Youll Be Doing Provide introductory conference/discovery call/quote review/closing call support, Coach on closing the loop after discovery calls, Listen to and audit prospecting calls, Participate in and facilitate ongoing BDA sales training, Assist in weekly personnel reviews, Remain up to date with current technologies, competitive landscape, and industry influencers, Stay current with the companys training objectives and BDA on-boarding goals, Design, create, and assist in final BDA mock evaluations, Review and approve overflow BDA quote requests to ensure opportunities are fully qualified, Provide one on one support with BDAs to reinforce training from sales process to technical matters, Other duties as assigned, What Were Looking For 2 years of sales and/or sales management experience, preferably in a Business-to-Business or I T environment, Evidence of strong written and verbal communications skills, Bonus Points N/A Education Bachelors degree required, Travel Up to 10%

Database Administrator The Database Administrator is responsible for all aspects of SQL Server administration including architecture, management, high availability and security best practices. This individual will be responsible for aiding in design, implementation, support and maintenance of large-scale database environments. The candidate will manage and support current and future database environments and assist initiatives for both on premise and hosted databases. The candidate will proactively seek out new technology and solutions to changing products, as well as research and create best practices for the deployment of new SQL features and solutions to critical issues. What youll be doing: Maintains database by identifying and solving database requirements; supporting users. Work with application developers to design and develop new database schemas and review code for performance and scalability. Identifies database requirements by interviewing customers; analyzing department applications, programming, and operations; evaluating existing systems and designing proposed systems. Recommends solutions by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, database security, data back-up, and recovery specifications. Maintains database performance by calculating optimum values for database parameters; implementing new releases; completing maintenance requirements; evaluating computer operating systems and hardware products. Ensure that organizational data is secure. Write database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions Maintain and perform backup, restore and disaster recovery solutions Ensure that the database operates efficiently and without error. Make and test modifications to the database structure when needed. Other duties as assigned. What were looking for: 7+ years of relevant experience in the field or in a related area. Knowledge of SQL Server High Availability design options (AlwaysOn, Clustering, SAN replication, backup solutions and disaster recovery approaches). Experience setting up and configuring all SQL ancillary products, including Integration Services (SSIS), Reporting Services (SSRS) and Analysis Services (SSAS). Experience working with custom applications built on SQL Server. Familiarity with automation and scripting, with focus on PowerShell, C#, and other modern languages and tools. Ability to create and implement custom, as well as third-party, monitoring and alerting solutions. Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, local security policies, security delegation, Service Principle Names, storage configuration and optimization. Work with business analysts, product managers to translate functional specifications into a thorough set of test cases, define integration, regression tests to align with product release cycles. Continue to work closely with the development teams throughout the software development life cycle to capture additional test scenarios and acceptance criteria covering both functional and non-functional requirements. Design, develop manual automation tests using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks. Execute manual automated tests, analyze the test results and log detailed reports for any bugs found into the defect tracking system. Provide subject matter expertise in quality engineering, mentor junior QA engineers, determine best practices and promote them across the team and organization. Provide timely and accurate reports to business stakeholders and help them ascertain the severity and priority of reported issues. Identify opportunities for automating test cases, workflows and implement automation solutions and analyze results. Analyze current test processes, perform gap analysis and drive improvements. Ensure test repositories are kept up to date by adding and updating tests, ensuring compliance from team members. Ensure test management procedures are being followed and take corrective actions where needed. Help in determining best practices and promote them across the team and organization. Participate in UAT by assisting end users in troubleshooting, replicating and facilitating resolution for issues found during testing, and validating any fixes required. Facilitate coaching and training for non-QA team members regarding quality processes. Demonstrate willingness to work on your craft and take initiative in learning new skills.
