Job Description

As a Sales Trainee, your role will involve promoting and selling educational technology products directly to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and individual educators. This is a field/office-based hybrid position that requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and a drive to excel in sales. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct field visits to educational institutions and potential clients - Present and demonstrate EdTech products to decision-makers and educators - Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business - Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs - Gather market intelligence and feedback for product enhancement - Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales skills - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree (any discipline) - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities - Self-motivated with a positive attitude and growth mindset - Basic understanding of EdTech products is a plus,
