Our clients are financial entities including investment banks, commercial banks, mortgage companies, government agencies and mortgage insurers Post – Sales Team Manager - Work from Office Location –Koregaon Park Pune Job Shift –Night Shift (7 Pm to 5 Am) – 5 Days Working REQUIRE PERSON WITH EXPERIENCE IN END TO END B2B SALES WITH INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS HANDLING EXPERIENCE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS READY TO WORK IN NIGHT SHIFT & WFO TEAM LEADING EXPERIENCE IS MUST Job Profile Sales Team Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing sales team focused on acquiring and managing international clients across various sectors such as Mortgage, Logistics, healthcare, analytics, and research. This role demands a strategic thinker with global market exposure, capable of driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and navigating complex, high-value consultative sales cycles. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy : Design and implement sales strategies targeting international markets (US), positioning the organization as a top-tier provider of knowledge-based outsourcing services. Team Management : Lead, coach, and manage a team of international sales executives and account managers to achieve sales targets and expand the client base. Consultative Selling : Engage C-level stakeholders and decision-makers to understand strategic business needs and present tailored KPO solutions. Client Acquisition & Retention : Drive client acquisition and nurture key accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business. Proposal & Contract Management : Oversee the development of high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and commercial contracts, working closely with technical, legal, and delivery teams. • CRM & Reporting : Ensure accurate tracking of all sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). Market Intelligence : Continuously analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities to refine sales approach and service positioning. Cross-Cultural Communication : Manage relationships across different time zones, business cultures, and communication styles with sensitivity and professionalism. Collaboration with Delivery Teams : Coordinate with subject matter experts and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery and exceptional client experience. Required Skills and Competencies Proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably in KPOs Strong leadership, team development, and performance management skills Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and communication abilities Deep understanding of KPO domains Experience with global client engagement and cross-cultural business communication High proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven mindset Strong presentation and proposal writing skills Education and Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or relevant domain (MBA or international business specialization preferred) Experience: 10+ years of experience in international B2B sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role, specifically in the KPO or outsourcing industry Bonus: Prior experience working with international clients or spending time in global markets is a strong advantage
