Job Description

Position: Team Leader(Life Insurance) Location : Connaught Place Department: sales / Telecalling Salary upto35k Key Responsibilities: · Lead, manage and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. · Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback and ensure productivity KPIs are met. · Conduct daily briefings, training sessions and skill-building workshops for callers. · Ensure high-quality outbound calls for life insurance lead generation, pitching and conversions. · Handle escalations, guide callers on objection handling, and support with difficult cases. · Maintain reports on leads, conversions, call productivity and team performance. · Coordinate with sales managers and underwriting teams for smooth policy processing. · Maintain a positive and disciplined work environment.
