Job Description

Job Summary: The Sales Executive at RMC Education Service Centre plays a critical role in driving student enrollments by promoting the centre’s education consultancy services. This includes guiding students through course options, assisting with the application process, and converting leads into successful admissions. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion & Follow-up: Convert walk-in, online, and telephonic inquiries into admissions. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students. Ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to enrollment. Counselling & Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and timely information regarding overseas education, courses, institutions, and application procedures. Counsel students on available academic programs and admission requirements. Stay updated on partner universities, visa guidelines, and country-specific entry requirements. Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly admission targets set by the management. Prepare daily reports and submit to the Sales Manager regarding leads, conversion status, and market feedback. Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team for student recruitment campaigns. Participate in education fairs, seminars, and webinars. Handle promotional calls and email campaigns as required. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. Provide post-admission support as needed.
