Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents in choosing the right educational programs abroad. The role demands a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective students. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students (via calls, walk-ins, emails, or online platforms) on MBBS and Aviation course opportunities abroad. Understand student profiles and provide appropriate guidance on countries, universities, and courses based on academic background and budget. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into enrollments. Assist students through application, documentation, and visa processes. Stay up to date with country-specific education policies, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa regulations. Meet monthly targets related to counselling conversions and follow-up engagements. Key Requirements: Any degree 0 - 1 years of experience in counselling, preferably in the education or telecalling Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages. Job Summary: The Sales Executive at RMC Education Service Centre plays a critical role in driving student enrollments by promoting the centre’s education consultancy services. This includes guiding students through course options, assisting with the application process, and converting leads into successful admissions. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion & Follow-up: Convert walk-in, online, and telephonic inquiries into admissions. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students. Ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to enrollment. Counselling & Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and timely information regarding overseas education, courses, institutions, and application procedures. Counsel students on available academic programs and admission requirements. Stay updated on partner universities, visa guidelines, and country-specific entry requirements. Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly admission targets set by the management. Prepare daily reports and submit to the Sales Manager regarding leads, conversion status, and market feedback. Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team for student recruitment campaigns. Participate in education fairs, seminars, and webinars. Handle promotional calls and email campaigns as required. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
