Job Description

·        Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of tele-callers to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. ·        Train team members on insurance products, scripts, sales techniques, and objection handling. ·        Monitor team performance through call audits, reports, and productivity metrics. ·        Ensure high-quality customer interactions and compliance with IRDAI guidelines. ·        Plan and execute strategies to improve lead conversion, retention, and overall sales performance. ·        Set clear goals for the team, track achievement, and take corrective measures where needed. ·        Coordinate with management for target allocation, product updates, and business planning. ·        Maintain discipline, manage attendance, and ensure smooth operations. ·        Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
