Role Descriptio

n This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Leader located in Kochi. The Sales Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, develop sales strategies, set sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing team performance, training team members, analyzing sales data, and fostering relationships with clients. The role also involves regular reporting to senior management and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Min 3 to 5 years of Team Handling experience
Strong Team Management and Leadership skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven Sales experience and analytical skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Relevant educational background; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention
to detail
