Sales Team Leader

As a Team Leader in a Study Abroad agency, your primary role will be to design and develop a proper plan of action to increase overall sales for the team and individual members. You will be responsible for developing strategies for effective team management, guiding team members to execute their duties efficiently while ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining a positive culture. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and guide team members in their daily tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent support to students throughout the study abroad process. - Assign leads to team members and ensure timely follow-up on generated leads, motivating them to close leads effectively. - Continuously evaluate team performance to determine if targets are being met or if improvement is needed in meeting performance goals. - Provide necessary training support to team members to enhance their skills and performance in the study abroad field. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of two years of experience in the study abroad field as a team leader is mandatory. Location: - Kozhikode, Kerala Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift schedule and performance bonus eligibility.
