Sales Team Leader

Role Overview: As a Sales Team Leader at our fast-growing startup, you will be responsible for managing, motivating, and driving performance for our tele-calling sales team. Your main goal will be to ensure that the team hits revenue targets and delivers an exceptional experience to our pet parent customers. Key Responsibilities: - Day to day management of Tele-sales agents - Leverage data to monitor and improve sales performance - Hire and train new tele-callers to ensure they're equipped with the necessary skills to succeed - Increase revenue generation from telecalling operations - Improve conversion rates - Conduct quality audits and implement improvements to ensure high customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience of handling a sales team, preferably in a B2C environment - Bachelor's Degree is a must Additional Company Details: Located in Hulimavu, Bangalore, we offer a competitive CTC of 5-8 LPA for this full-time, permanent position. The work schedule is during day shifts and requires in-person presence.
