Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate our automobile sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of automobile sales (preferably 3-wheelers), and a passion for customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing team performance, and ensuring high levels of customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: •            Team Leadership & Management o            Lead and supervise the daily activities of the automobile sales team. o            Set clear team and individual sales targets. o            Coach, train, and motivate team members to improve performance. o            Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. •            Sales & Business Development o            Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales goals. o            Monitor market trends and competitor activities. o            Generate leads through local marketing, events, and networking. o            Ensure effective follow-ups on prospects and maintain customer database. •            Customer Relationship Management o            Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalated complaints. o            Maintain relationships with key clients and build repeat business. o            Ensure proper documentation and delivery process for every vehicle sale. •            Reporting & Analysis o            Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. o            Analyze team performance and suggest improvements. o            Work closely with the marketing team on promotional activities.
