The ideal candidate should have prior experience in field sales and a strong ability to team leading, close deals, and achieve sales targets. Qualifications: Proven track record in automotive sales with a demonstrable history of achieving and surpassing sales goals. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a sales team effectively. In-depth knowledge of the automobile industry, including market dynamics and product offerings.
