The role involves team supervision, outbound calling, lead distribution, data handling, and achieving sales team targets. key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a sales team to meet daily and monthly targets. Distribute and track leads efficiently using CRM or Excel. • Support the team in outbound calls and closing deals. • Maintain accurate sales data and performance reports. • Provide training, feedback, and performance coaching. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations).
