Sales Team Lead (Tele-Sales)

As a Sales Lead at DERMATOUCH, you will play a crucial role in leading our telesales and inside sales team towards achieving lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth goals. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, with prior exposure to using Zoho or other CRM platforms. Proficiency in MS Office and sales tracking tools is necessary, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A target-oriented mindset with a proven sales performance record is crucial, and any experience in the skincare, beauty, or cosmetics industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required to qualify for this position.
