Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Kozhikode for a Sales Team Lead. The role involves overseeing and managing a sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring team targets are met. The Sales Team Lead will conduct performance reviews, provide mentorship, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role also includes engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and providing excellent customer service to drive business growth.

• Strong Team Management and Leadership skills to effectively guide and mentor a sales team.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for building strong client relationships and addressing customer needs.
• Proven Sales expertise with the ability to meet and exceed team targets.
• Analytical Skills for evaluating sales data and identifying growth opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a sales leadership role and familiarity with EdTech will be advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
