Sales Team Lead

You are looking for a Field Sales Team Lead with at least 6 years of experience who has successfully led a team of 15 to 20 Field sales professionals. Being preferably from B2C sales background, you must possess extensive knowledge about the Insurance Industry, with expertise in Health Insurance as an added advantage. Your role demands excellent communication skills along with strong selling abilities. It is essential for you to be proficient in planning and formulating effective sales strategies as well as meeting strategies to drive the team towards achieving sales targets successfully. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule and the opportunity for a yearly bonus based on performance. The work location for this role is in person.
