This individual will play a key role in monitoring and managing our brand’s online presence, handling customer grievances across social media platforms, and contributing to a positive brand perception. Job Description:Monitor and analyze brand mentions across social media platforms, forums, review sites, and news portals using social listening tools Track, log, and categorize customer complaints, queries, and feedback in real-time.Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Care, Claims, Operations) to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer concerns.Draft appropriate responses for customer issues while maintaining brand tone and sensitivity.Flag potential crises and escalate issues that may impact brand reputation.Assist in creating weekly/monthly sentiment and performance reports.Identify recurring themes in feedback to support continuous improvement in customer experience.Contribute to building positive engagement by identifying opportunities to amplify positive stories and customer testimonials. Requirements:1–3 years of experience in ORM, customer service, or social media monitoring.Familiarity with social listening tools is preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
