Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end sales and operations of the Dairy vertical, including digital payment enablement.
Serve as the key point of contact for customers, from lead outreach to final purchase.
Oversee a 5-member sales team, ensuring performance and team engagement for lucrative incentives.
Implement distribution, expansion, and metrics-driven strategies to drive growth.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Channel Sales and Distribution.
Proven experience handling a sales team, with emphasis on team performance and growth.
Strong proficiency in Excel and other data tools for sales tracking and analysis.
Graduate or Post Graduate degree is preferred.
