Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead located in Thodupuzha. The Sales Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, mentor and manage team members, and ensure sales targets are met. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, developing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Team Lead will coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and foster a high-performance sales culture.
