Role Overview: As the Team Lead for Inside Sales at Bridging Technologies, you will be responsible for leading the sales department to achieve sales targets. Your role will involve managing a team of inside sales representatives, setting and monitoring sales goals, implementing process improvements, and ensuring timely project completion. Additionally, you will analyze sales metrics, forecast sales, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with other departments to enhance brand consistency and drive sales growth.
