Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensuring profitable revenue.
• Reviewing performance and taking appropriate action for redressal where needed.
• Monitoring the work of the sales and support team by using daily reports.
• Keeping an eye on the new developments and trends in line with the company's vision document and priority.
• Handling escalations of enrolled students, simultaneously managing their queries keeping them retained with complete enrolment fees.
• Handle student complaints, Grievances provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the TAT; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Proven success in sales and Positive attitude to dealing with teams.
• Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal.
• Strong communication skills in written, oral, email, telephone and presentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
• Capable of working independently and along with the team.

Requirements

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience up to 3 years-5 years in Distance Learning Programme.
