Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team in managing client relationships, coordinating documentation, and ensuring a smooth sales process Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and client communications. Handle walk-in customers, follow up on leads, and schedule site visits. Maintain and update the CRM/database with client interactions and status. Prepare and manage sales-related documents (e.g., booking forms, allotment letters, agreements). Coordinate with legal, technical, and accounts departments for customer requirements. Assist in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Follow up with clients for payments and documentation. Job Location :Thrissur Requirements: Any Graduate o to 2 years of experience in sales coordination/support (real estate preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Highly organized with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
