Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and helpful manner.- Assist customers with order tracking, delivery issues, and general inquiries.- Record and update customer information accurately in the system.- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.- Work with internal teams to provide quick and efficient solutions.- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure high customer satisfaction.Requirements:- Good communication and listening skills.- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).- Ability to handle customers politely and patiently.- Prior experience in customer service or support will be an advantage.- Ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
