Role Overview

Sales Support Executive

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Data Management:

    Maintain and update datasheet with accurate client information, leads, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordination:

    Liaise with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to ensure timely delivery of information and solutions for clients.
  • Sales Reporting:

    Generate and track sales performance reports, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Client Support:

    Assist in addressing client queries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Market Research:

    Support the BD team with research on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in

    sales support, inside sales, or business coordination

    (preferably in B2B / infra / energy / startup sectors).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple stakeholders.
