Sales Support Executive

You are looking to hire a Technical Sales Support Executive to provide pre and post-sales support. Your responsibilities will include offering pre-sales technical assistance, educating customers on services and products, and providing necessary technical and commercial support. A great command over verbal and written English communication skills is required for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Offer pre-sales technical assistance, services, and product education. - Provide sales support services and necessary technical and commercial back up. - Assist in marketing activities by participating in trade shows, conferences, and other events. - Generate and process new sales leads, inquiries, and purchase orders. - Respond to customer queries via emails, phone calls, and chats. - Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on product or service inquiries. - Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. - Recommend products or services that best meet customer needs. - Support customer care initiatives such as automated provisioning and online billing. - Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities during customer interactions. **Qualifications:** - Any UG Graduation **Additional Details:** Circuit Systems India Pvt Ltd/PCB Power is located in Ahmedabad and the position requires in-person presence at the office.
