Role Overview

Sales Support Executive (Appointment Setter)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and message inquiries

  • Qualify leads and communicate our service offerings effectively

  • Book and manage appointments with the sales and coaching teams

  • Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems (Zoho/HubSpot)

  • Follow up with warm leads and reschedule missed appointments

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process

  • Requirements

    • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, lead generation, or appointment setting

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Proficiency with CRM tools is a plus

    • Fluency in English and Hindi

    • Empathetic, organized, and target-driven
