Job Summary:

Sales & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.
  • Explain company products/services clearly and effectively.
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
  • Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when needed.

Lead Generation:

  • Generate quality leads through cold calling, online research, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Maintain and update lead records in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to pass on hot leads and follow up on progress.

Back Office Support:

  • Manage data entry and maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to sales and operations.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and email communications.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed by the sales or operations team
