To drive daily sales discipline, monitor team performance, and ensure achievement of monthly targets through structured tracking, coaching, and reporting. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for converting management goals into daily actionable tasks and ensuring consistent follow-up with clients and prospects.
Supervising sales executives and ensuring they follow daily sales activity targets (calls, follow-ups, visits, quotations, closures).
Review each team members daily progress and maintain performance tracking dashboards (Google Sheet / Zoho CRM). Ensure no time-wasting or idle hours enforce structured field plans and follow-up schedules. Conduct morning check-in calls and evening review reports.
Ensure the team achieves weekly and monthly order booking targets.
Track inquiries, quotations, and conversion ratios. Support team members in client meetings, negotiations, and closures when required. Escalate lost leads or critical customer issues promptly to management
Coach sales executives on communication, negotiation, and time management.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes, visit schedules, and CRM updates. Promote a results-oriented and ethical work culture.
Achieving 100% monthly targets.
Total order value achieved vs target. Daily activity compliance rate (% of team submitting daily reports). Customer follow-up timeliness. Conversion ratio (quotation to order)
Minimum 4 to 6 years of B2B or industrial sales experience.
Prior experience leading a small sales team (manufacturing, packaging, logistics preferred). Strong command over sales reporting, Excel/CRM tools, and communication in English + Hindi. Highly disciplined, target-driven, and able to push accountability in a small team setup. Should be comfortable with field travel (50% field / 50% office mix).
